Install Classix

  1. Open the App Store on Apple TV or Apple Vision Pro.
  2. Search for Classix and select the app.
  3. Choose Get, then Open.

Sign in & link your purchase

  • If you previously purchased Classix+ on an Apple device, use Restore Purchase on that device.
  • If you have a Classix account, Sign in to sync access across devices.

Restore purchases on Apple

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings → Restore Purchase
  • Apple TV: Settings → Upgrade to Classix+ → Restore Purchase

Playback tips

  • Use the Siri Remote clickpad to play/pause and scrub.
  • For the smoothest playback, enable Match Content (Settings → Video and Audio).
  • Prefer Ethernet or strong 5GHz Wi-Fi for high-bitrate titles.

Troubleshooting

  • Restart Apple TV / Vision Pro and your router.
  • Sign out/in of Classix, then try again.
  • Disable VPNs/Proxies and ad-blocking DNS.
  • Update to the latest tvOS/visionOS and Classix app version.
