Install Classix
- Open the App Store on Apple TV or Apple Vision Pro.
- Search for Classix and select the app.
- Choose Get, then Open.
Sign in & link your purchase
- If you previously purchased Classix+ on an Apple device, use Restore Purchase on that device.
- If you have a Classix account, Sign in to sync access across devices.
Restore purchases on Apple
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → Restore Purchase
- Apple TV: Settings → Upgrade to Classix+ → Restore Purchase
Playback tips
- Use the Siri Remote clickpad to play/pause and scrub.
- For the smoothest playback, enable Match Content (Settings → Video and Audio).
- Prefer Ethernet or strong 5GHz Wi-Fi for high-bitrate titles.
Troubleshooting
- Restart Apple TV / Vision Pro and your router.
- Sign out/in of Classix, then try again.
- Disable VPNs/Proxies and ad-blocking DNS.
- Update to the latest tvOS/visionOS and Classix app version.
